All prices include electricity, heating, water, bed linen, towels, Wifi, parking. Exclusive taxes and final cleaning.

Additional costs

Each additional person: € 15,00
Final Cleaning Chalet: € 120,-
Final Cleaning Apartment: € 60,-

Taxes per person and night: € 2,50 (except children up to 14 years of age)

Deposit: 30% of the total price on reservation.
Arrival: from 14.00 o’clock.
Departure: till 10.00 o’lock.

Cancellation policy

Winter 2022/23

If the cancellation period is less than 30 days, the following cancellation conditions apply:
– 29 to 14 days before arrival 30% of the total amount will be charged.
– 13 to 7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged
– and from 6 days and in case of no arrival 90% of the total stay will be charged.

These cancellation conditions are valid until April 20, 2023. The current terms of payment will remain in effect and will be continued.

A free cancellation within 30 days before arrival is only possible:

– the Corona traffic light of the Austrian Federal Government in the vacation community has been set to RED.

– A level 6 travel warning is issued for the guest’s home country or administrative district

– The guest or the persons living in the same household have been tested positive for Corona at the planned start of the vacation (medical certificate must not be older than 48 hours) or the officially prescribed quarantine has not yet ended at the time of arrival. In this case, the guest is obliged to present the document to the landlord as proof.
